Hi,

In the next couple of weeks I'm going to write an article regarding how my
group "single-sourced" our printed documents using Microsoft Word and
RoboHelp. It required a fair bit of customizing and prayer, but it is
possible. I'll pass it on to you (and anyone else--email me privately) who
