Becca, we currently have procedures on our Extranet in PDF format, in the
paper doc metaphor. However, this year, we are going to create electronic
procedure guides using RoboHELP HTML's WebHELP format. WebHELP is
corss-platform compatible and browser independent. We will publish our
library on CD-ROM and on the Extranet.

To answer your questions, currently our PDFs are printed out, usually, an
entire chapter at a time. However, our users/audience responded to brief
surveys saying they'd embrace the electronic format. With that format, our
users will be able to print out only the sections they need. Also, our usage
reports show that the vast majority of our readers use Internet Explorer.
