After this, A procedure to manually depressurize the plane WILL be put in
the manual, no doubt.

Then, the engineers will set about coming up with a landing gear squat
switch function, or something like that, that will automatically
depressurizes the plane once it's full weight is on the wheels. Then the
procedure will no longer need to be in the manual so it it'll be taken out
again.

Ah, Engineering...
