Well, right now I would hang on to any decent job. A year ago, I would have
said do it if you get more money, more perks, more challenges, and a better
team to work with. However, people I know had as many as 3-4 jobs in one
year because they kept hopping to the next great dot com, which then folded.
Their options and perks were worthless.
As a hiring manager, I am a little skeptical of people who hop after less
than one year. Why would I invest time and energy into someone if I was
never sure when they might leave? Hiring bonuses are often structured to
require a stay of some length before you get the bonus, and that is
specifically to not be seen as a place with free give-aways!

Hey,
What's everyone's take on job-hopping? Does anyone have any personal
experiences to share
