Hi,

Maybe someone knows how to fix this problem.

If I want to record a macro (Tools/Macros/Record a Macro...) I get the dialogue box as a little tiny square. Only the stop button displays and of course the box for closing the dialogue box. This happens in both PPT and Word. (haven't looked at Excel )

I have the same problem - that just showed up - for the application that connects me to my DSL line. Fortunately I can hit "enter" and it connects, but there should be a large dialogue box there.

So I'm thinking that this is a Windows 98 problem. I don't even know what to call the problem.. I've tried opening the boxes with the mouse - that doesn't work. Are there keyboard commands I could try to bring the box back? It's a consistent problem. I only just realized that the reason I haven't been able to record a macro is because I don't have all the commands available. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
