RE: Interviewing Subject Matter Experts

I use whiteboard notes\diagrams etc when interviewing SMEs and I've started
to photograph the board with the company digital camera (& download the pics
to my pc)so that I've got a permenent record of what was written. Works very
well - and you have evidence, possibly in their own handwriting, if queried
about what was agreed!
