I think it really depends on the type of organization you WANT to work for.
Personally, I'm not interested in any company that's "concerned" with my
lack of stability. I LIKE chaos. Organizing it is what makes my work fun
and challenging! (And there are PLENTY of companies that need it!) Once
it's organized, I get bored. Lots of people need stability. Personally, I
think it's over-rated.
The idea in hiring is matching the skills of the candidate to the needs of a
job. If long-term stability is part of the package, so be it. It's just a
bad match for people like me...
