Create a publishing layout that shows clearly where each report belongs,
and insert one of the following:
1) The report, if you've received it
2) The words "Report not received by (date and time of deadline)"
Then send the compiled document to the Director.
The following deadline will be met by all, or it will backfire and you'll
be out of a job. Either way, the problem is solved.
