Oh yes. Oh yes. This is all *so* familiar... I can recommend David Knopf's
handy work-around for this problem on his Web site: http://www.knopf.com/resources.html
It's what I use and suddenly, hey, all my Word numbering problems have gone
away (especially that one where *all* the numbers turn into either 0 or 1...
I know that to a computer those are the *only* numbers, but dammit, I just
want to hex it).
