I was refereeing to terms such as "auto-completion." Many products have
generic functions that the publisher describes using a proprietary
terms. I am simply stating that some of these terms may very well be
service marks. One such terms is a function called "select and say,"
which is a term describing a functional feature in L&H's speech to text
product.
