TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
A couple of weeks ago I posted some questions about interviewing subject
matter experts to this list, in order to obtain help with a class project. I
received so many helpful responses to my questions. Thank you for sharing
your thoughts about this topic.
Some of you requested that I post the project to the TECHWR-l list, if
possible. I have completed a ROUGH DRAFT of the project. If you are
interested, you can view it at
http://interviewingsmes.homestead.com/Index.html. Feel free to send me any
feedback or comments. If you would like to see the final version, take a
look at this site after Friday, June 1.
Thanks again,
Tina
