drop-box. I haven't heard from Handspring yet, and it's been a few months...
FWIW, the repair service rocks! I love the fact that they send you a
new/repaired unit *in exchange* for your broken one. Sure, paying $85 for a
new screen sucked, but it was better than paying $300 (at the time) for a
new Platinum Visor! And, I got the replacement 2 working days after making
the call!
