I saw the thread about Handspring's incomprehensible product return
instructions in yesterday's TECHWR-L digest, including the message about
not being able to post the info easily to Handspring.com. So I looked
up Handspring's director of product marketing (in my *Palm*) and emailed
the thread to him.
