I have a collection of Acrobat PDFs on IBM Unix. Target reader is Reader4.05
+ Search.
The collection has been indexed for free-text searching using Acrobat
Catalog.
Catalog generates a .pdx index file with associated sub-folders assists/
morgue/ etc.
* Any tips on best Unix permissions for these files? 555 seems to work OK so
far, but does Acrobat Reader + Search need any *write* privileges in order
to store previous search results?
* Any URLS which cover Acrobat on Unix? I am keen to work out exactly how
the dot profile files .acrorc and .acrosrch work!
