Hi Ruth,
If you have access to Adobe Illustrator, you should be able to open the PDF
from within Illustrator, strip out the unwanted content, and resave the file
as PDF. This wouldn't work for more significant changes, of course, but I
use this trick all the time for deletions and moving major components
around. I also used it to convince my company that PDF isn't as secure as
Adobe wants us to think. ;-)
