Press Ctrl+F9, between the braces, type "EQ \o(O,+)" (without the quotation
marks), then press F9. This gives an uppercase O overstruck with a plus
sign. Choose your font carefully to give the best approximation of a circle.
For clarity, the field should look like {EQ \o(O,+)}
