Using a trademarked term in any way other than the way it was registered can threaten the market valuation and legal protection of that trademarked name. If you trademark "Acme" and you use "Acme's product line consists of..." you are using the protected name in a manner that is inconsistent with its registration.

Trademarks are to be used as adjectives, not nouns. A trademark modifies the product category, as in DragonBall microprocessor or Microsoft software. The product category should be in lower case so it doesn't compete with the trademarked name.

Trademarks should never be possessive, they should never be used as a verb, and they should never be plural.
