Jennifer Delmerico asked whether generating WebHelp from WinHelp source
files produces uglier HTML than regular WebHelp.

My experience with RoboHTML is still somewhat limited, but from what I've
seen so far, RoboHTML produces hideous HTML no matter which way you slice
it. I've seen WebHelp files created in RoboHTML that are full of oddities.
I have a whole slew of files that each have a couple pages of embedded
Javascript that could more efficiently be put in an external .JS file--and
these files also use external JS files, so I'm baffled why that particular
big chunk of code is repeated in every page. And then there's some of the
redundant HTML. For example:

<SPAN STYLE="font-weight : bold;"><B><B>...text....</B></B></SPAN>
<P STYLE="text-align : center;" Align="CENTER">

Reminds me of when I had to work with FrontPage.
