Hello,
Jeff Hanvey inquired thusly:
"My question is: what all do medical writers do? I've written a few policy and
procedures manuals and things of that nature, so how similar are the roles?" <rest snipped>
I'm on digest, so you may already have this reference...
Jeff, you might want to look into information offered by the American Medical Writers Association. There Web site is http://www.amwa.org/. I first became aware of this association when I was investigating the field of TW, but never joined as that is not my niche. Brief review of the site indicates that they may have some job information as well as resources.
Not affiliated in any way with AMWA; just passing along some information.
Good luck!
Laura
