I agree. Installing the fonts named in the error log would be a good move.
Use Adobe Type Manager to install them (ATM is on the FrameMaker CD). Or,
remove the fonts from the EPS, any embedded PDFs, and, of course, the
FrameMaker file itself.
And, check that you created the correct Distiller printer instance using the
Adobe PS driver and the Distiller PPD and also, if you are using TTFs,
choose to download fonts as Type42 . . . or set up the font substitution
