+(We use GroupWise. I'm more used to Eudora or =
+Outlook.) My boss just asked me to find out how to send RTF emails, =
+ideally with embedded graphics.

The "RTF" option is available in certain configurations of MS Outlook and MS Exchange - generally,
mails can be sent as plain text, HTML, or "Microsoft Exchange Rich Text Format". To embed graphics,
copy them to the clipboard (e.g. open in a graphic editor and use copy) and paste into the body of
the mail - otherwise the graphic goes in as an object.

I don't know whether GroupWise supports RTF. If these mails will go externally, be aware that (a lot
of) recipients won't use an e-mail client that can interpret RTF - they'll see a very garbled
message.
If you _must_ send e-mails with text formatting plus embedded graphics, HTML format might be better
as it's supported by a wider range of e-mail clients.

regards

Rory Keeley
