I graduated with my master's in technical & professional communicI know that many of the jobs I would be interested in requires more experience than I have now.
Something that might be worth repeating: ads are a wish list. You rarely need to have all the requirements listed. According to head-hunters, if you have 70% of the requirements listed, you have a good chance at the job.
