I got a really good tip from a recruiter on the salary issue.... if asked what you
were making at your previous job in an interview, the best thing to do is to phrase
it as such "I was/am making XXX amount of money, and I would like to remain at a
competetive level." You give them an idea, but make no mention of numbers until YOU
find out what their range is.
