Paul,

Yes, we have Plain English laws here (they mostly cover government regulations and consumer sales contracts); and I know mine is not a new refrain (in fact it could be argued that a refrain is never new, I suppose). I just wondered if anyone had accomplished anything on the design side.

Thanks for the quote, though. It's a keeper ;-)
