If we could go ahead and bring this discussion to a close,
it'd be good.

First, as the To line always points to TECHWR-L
<techwr-l -at- lists -dot- raycomm -dot- com>, there's no need to make
changes to enable filtering.

Second, when we changed to the Lyris software, we tried
the [TECHWR-L] in the subject, and it was _really_
unpopular. Given that it adds no new information and
that all filtering can happen without it, I don't see
the need.

At any rate, this isn't the place to have the discussion--ping
me directly if you have something to add.

Thanks,
Eric
