What about our manual(s) do you find most useful?
What kind of situations make you go to the documentation?
But I want to be specific, too. Point to a particular thing you're proud
of/concerned about and ask if it works for them.
- Is this explanation clear?
- Is this procedure complete?
- Is anything missing from this table?
- Does this make sense here, or should be up front?
- Would it be more (or less) useful if we did it *this* way?
