5 pt list, from both sides

1) What are the dox strong points for you?

2) Do you find the language easy to understand?

3) Is the information presented clearly? How often can you find what you
look for?

4) Is all the information you require present?

5) How often do you consult the documentation and under what circumstances?

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
-----------------

6) What are the dox weak points?

7) Are there any concepts that are poorly explained?

8) How often do you have difficulty in finding the info you wanted?

9) How often do you fail to find the info? How often have you contacted
customer support?

10) What sort of problems do you have with the product that you cant/wont
turn to the documentation for?

This sort of questioning process, which is finessed and multi-phased more by
market research companies, provides much more accurate answers than just
leading with all positives.
