Accounting for job description changes in salary negotiations

Does anyone have a formula or advice for calculating salary when a job
description changes by 85%?

Original job description:
-basic tech writing, online help, and editing services

Current job description:
-web designer & developer
-web application developer
-web architect
-web admin
-web-based training/multimedia application developer
-ColdFusion developer & admin
-Java application developer
-Oracle database developer
-SQL server database developer
-Team lead/project manager
-graphic designer
-tech writing (10% of job function)

I was contracting with a company whose contract expired and am now
interviewing with the company taking over the contract who wants to hire me
for a perm position. Unfortunately, I don't know anyone who performs even
half of these tasks, so I have no idea how to calculate a reasonable salary
(either perm or contract rate) for this type of position. Any suggestions?
