It's all a matter of perspective. Coding is both work and play. It's work
when you're told to develop a specific thing or asked to fix a specific
problem. It's play when you're building your own applications or
fixing/hacking something you decided on. Same thing with us. When we write
about things specific to our company and its products, it's work. When we
write outside that sphere on our own, it's play.

My wife thinks I'm crazy. I spend all day at work on the computer, and then
come home and go on the computer at night. It's all a matter of what you
like, and when you can do what you like. Some people understand this, others
marry those people and think they're nuts. ;)

some more, just for the fun of it. I don't know any project managers who do 
that, or database analysts, or test analysts, or team leaders, or technical 
writers. It's a different mind set.
