Bill suggested this, but it doesn't work because our screen is designed like
Outlook - with an ActiveX control displaying the menu on the left side. Any
ideas?

Deborah,
I'm not sure if this will work in your situation, but Adobe Acrobat can
convert entire web sites to PDF.

Subject: Capturing Screens in Applications
Hello, all,
I have a question regarding taking screen shots. We have an application that
runs in IE5. Is there any way to capture EVERY screen that appears as you
(or whatever) runs the application? In other words, can I create a system,
or use some kind of program, to automatically execute the software and take
a screen shot of all the windows in it? Thanks.
