Paging Though a FrameMaker 6.0 Document

I recently installed FrameMaker 6.0 and I am
experiencing a weird problem when I try to page
through documents with referenced graphics. 

When I open a document for the first time and begin to
page down through the document, each time I come to a
referenced graphic Frame throws me back to page one.
As I begin to page through the document again, I can
go past the first referenced but the next referenced
graphic will do the same thing. This goes on until i
have gone through all the referenced graphics in the
document. 

Has anyone else run int this irritating problem? Any
suggestions?
