Man! Sorry to hear all that!

If it were me, I wouldn't put up with it. You're dealing with a person who
obviously hasn't grown up yet (and probably still wets his bed at night). If
you can't get the support you need from your co-workers, and you can't get
the support from upper management, I'd say hold out until a better
opportunity comes along. 

NO ONE should have to put up with what you are experiencing. It goes against
being adult and being professional. I wish you much luck!
