I don't have direct suggestions on your question, but rather on a side issue you raised. I believe it's possible to ask the list administrator to post your email anonymously. If this is not the case on this list, you might search the net for "anonymous." I believe there are some sites that will take your mail and post it anonymously for you. Perhaps some list members can help you find one.
