Probably a bit late, but there is a short series of seminars organised by
the Nielsen Norman Group in November (4-7) in London. See

for more information. Some of the sessions there will be of interest.

They are also running this is the US as well.

I checked out the BCS HCI pages; they list only 3 providers:
