Are you sure the problem is Word? You didn't say
what fonts you are trying to use. Are they installed
an all machines that process the document?
If not, you can usually embed the fonts. Have you
tried that? What is the result?
Have you used paragraph styles and templates
properly? How are you placing graphics? Using table
cells? Using absolute positioning? Have you removed
all spacing characters (tabs, returns, and other
troublemakers) before saving?
You'll need to provide more information about the
problem you're having. Avoid the temptation to
just blame your tools instead of making sure you've
followed correct procedures. People get tired of hearing it.
