If he balks, there's good reason. If he balks, you bolt! Last time I had a client like that, I did a background check, found the "company" had $155 in their checking account, and were principals of an intl corporation that featured children and video services. Let the corporate legal beagles take on the fly-by-nights. You stick to retainers and solvent clients.
