OK, since lots of people in here seem to be printer experts in addition to
Frame experts, having a problem...
When we are printing anything (Frame Doc, PDF, Word Doc, Email, Webpage),
black test looks fine, but all shaded text and graphics come through at a
much choppier, lower resolution. All the printer settings are set as they
have always been in the past, and we haven't made any changes to our printer
settings on our computers (seems to happen to everyone printing to this
printer)...an HP Laserjet 55i...
Any ideas where the problem is? MIS and the printer service people can't
find anything wrong with printer setttings and insist its a problem on out
end (but unless somebody came in last week and changed the settings on all
computers on our floor, it's highly unlikely)...
