Since Internet Explorer can store websites for off-line viewing, I've always
thought there must be some way of accessing those files somehow as HTML.
But, from the best I can tell, I.E. stores it in some other format, perhaps
something proprietary.
Am I wrong? Is there a way to extract the HTML version of these files?
