A double whammy. Firstly select your table, then choose format > paragraph
and kill keep with next and keep lines together. Then place the cursor in
the bad row, and use Table > Select > row. Choose Table > Properties and if
you can't use the break across pages you have "vertically merged" cells and
will need to rebuild the row.
