Word is capable of using different page formats; you don't need to change to
Framemaker just for that. There are a lot of reasons that moving to Frame
makes sense--this isn't one of them. You might have a better chance of
convincing your employer to purchase Framemaker if you come up with a list
of things the documentation needs that can be more easily (or only)
accomplished with Framemaker as opposed to Word. That takes some knowledge
of both programs, however.
