Our owner/CEO was bemoaning the fact that a customer was less than
forthcoming with payment for software because of (perceived??)
deficiencies in the product and the _documentation_.  I had to point out
to him that the customer in question was not only reading the
documentation, but had actually read the license agreement, which says
in part, "<the company> warrants that the software will substantially
conform to published specifications and to the documentation."  Oh...
