Hello to all,

There are several methods to write documents. Recently I came across
an article about the STOP methodology in the Journal of Computer
Documentation of August 1999 (vol 23, nº3). The article reprints the
original STOP article (from 1965), and includes 4 commentaries and the
author's reply.
Does anyone apply this method to write documents ? With what results
?
What other methods do technical writers use to write documents ?
I would like to know a little more about processes of writing
documents.
Thank you,

Mário
