open and unrestricted personal expression amongst technical writers,
editors, and other technical communicators.  Unlike other forums designed
for this category of people, TechComm Unmoderated allows complete freedom of
speech.  Feel free to relay what you're thinking...tell us what's bugging
you!  Or extend praise, concerns, whatever.

Commercial advertisements and spam-type messages are not conducive to
freedom of personal expression, however, and as such, they are banned from
this forum.  First offenses will receive a warning; second offenses will
result in an unsubscription.

Remember:  no discussion topic is off-limits, so don't waste your time
telling someone else to "take it elsewhere"!  If you don't like a topic, you
are encouraged to delete it unread.
