I've had a few followup emails, some asking about the audience.
The audience for this document is experienced users who are
getting/sending at least 10 to 50 emails per day. The titles are
usualy Client Executive, Assistan Contract Managers, pretty much
middle-level sales and technical employees.
What I have done is make an alternate suggestion to the developer. My
suggestion is to include the following line the first time they are
instructed to enter an email adress:
"The email address should be formatted as XXX -at- Avaya -dot- com -dot- Example: joesales -at- avaya -dot- com -dot- "
