John Posada is having problems with a senior editor.
John, in the first instance, yea, you might need to explain what the email
address looks like depending on the audience. i've been working with a client
that allows some, but not all, employees to send and receive email at the
office. the ones that don't still have access to the application and can
still email information to vendors. but i can't assume that they know the
format of a vendor's email address.
In the second instance, why not compromise? Spell the cut and paste thing out
the first time, then use Ctrl C and Ctrl V for each occurrence thereafter.
