But if you could buy in bulk at a reduced rate (I'm assuming you'd buy the actual books rather than try to get permission to reprint the materials as part of your own publication), the price might not be such an issue.

copyrighted material without the express approval of the copyright
holder. I'm sure you could get it, for a price.
