Release Notes refer to a document that is given by the Development team to
the Testing team, for a particular release/build. This document basically
contains information, such as Features to be tested, Features not to be
Tested, Bug status, New features that are added in the current release, etc.
So, the Release Notes serve as testing guidelines to the Testing team for
testing a
particular release.
