Thanks for that info. I hope I haven't given anyone the impression that I
"invented" the T-Letter. I got the concept nearly 10 years ago from a
headhunter/placement counsellor who admitted that it wasn't new with him. He
called it a T-Letter, so I have, too.
My apologies to anyone who thought I was claiming intellectual property rights
on this. It's simply been a good idea to me that I have shared in many
different venues.
