That's one possible solution, but it doesn't address the issue of having to
maintain two separate documents.
Here's a question instead of an answer: How likely is it that people will
print this document? If this is something that will frequently be printed,
then perhaps HTML isn't the best delivery method. Perhaps you should switch
to pdf, with access through a web page.
On the other hand, if printing is something that you expect will be done
rarely (as in, when people within the company are reviewing it, etc.) then
stick with what you have.
If the answer is somewhere in the middle, then back to the original
question! :-)
