PDF problem and question about what are appropriate topics for th is list
Subject:PDF problem and question about what are appropriate topics for th is list From:Ellen Vanrenen <ellen -dot- vanrenen -at- clear-technology -dot- com> To:"TECHWR-L" <techwr-l -at- lists -dot- raycomm -dot- com> Date:Thu, 4 Oct 2001 11:39:43 -0600
HI,
I am certainly having problems today.
This one:
I am trying to create a PDF. No problem, right? Well, I keep getting
bookmarks for everything in my book (left pane) when I create the PDF. I
want it to set up like it usually does for me: left pane showing TOC, books
as chapter with + signs containing the styles I've chosen under bookmarks
and structures.
Can anyone guess quickly what I may not be seeing that I'm doing incorrectly
this time?
Thanks so much!
I wonder as well if my last post about setting the equivalent of Auto text
in Word on a reference page came through? I didn't see, but someone did
answer (perhaps my first email) and suggested I join a Frame list. Perhaps
someone could send me a quick guideline as to what topics are appropriate to
this list. Perhaps I should join an Adobe list for this question? If that is
so, do let me know, and I'll hunt one down.
